Raining season, hot season, rainy days, hot days. None of them can describe our weather here. All we can say is, the weather here, in this pathetic country, is a bit Hainanese.
Think most of the people will know what is the very famous characteristic of Hainanese. I don't mean to insult, no offence. I also heard from others. Hainanese is said to have "海南瘋", in which they will suddenly get berserk. On second before he or she will still joke with you, a moment later she'll be able to eat you alive! No, they don't turn green or red or grey. They just turn face and / or table.
And no, I haven't get the chance to witness one. But is it legendary, almost getting an urban legend status. Try observe your friend, when he or she get to know someone is Hainanese, there is a high chance your friend will mention or ask about "海南瘋". Pathetic.
So, isn't this a very nice description for our weather? When you get in the building, the sun is blinding you and you can even smell your hair burn. But when you get out, in rains like God cirit-birit, and you will still get wet even you are carrying and umbrella....

Talking bout hainanese.. Not only hainanese have 海南瘋.. I noticed many people who are not hainanese have 海南瘋 more terrible than the hainanese..

yeah....been trying to control since long...but its me....hard ler....only can tone down a bit....sighhhhh
