DIY: Shit

Hi,

Now, want to share with you all how to make shit, that can be used for decorative purposes.

It is a simple all can do it process using household product.

A rather fun project for weekends.

So, in the very same day of the mee-hun-kuih making, I also documented the process of making shit.

First, you will need some wheat flour, coloring (water color will do, if don't have, coffee powder), water and some glue. Told you, all household thing.

Now, add some water to the flour and make it into a dough. Add flour if too much water, add water if too much flour. Common sense.
When the dough starting to take shape, add in the coloring agent. Keep on mixing them, until you get the color you want, and the color is even enough. Make sure you don't make it too dark. It will get darker in the finished product.
Then roll and stretch the dough. If the dough is too big, then you can choose to make a few small shit or one deep shit. Stretch it long and thin. Make sure both ends are a bit pointed. Then roll it into the shape of a shit.

You can undo and redo this until you get the shape you like.

Then, grease a heat resistant plate and put our shit on it. Steam it for 5 to 15 minutes, depends on size.

When steaming is done, the color will get deeper. You will get something like this. told you it will get darker.

Now, pour some glue into some container.

And apply the glue using an art brush (the hard one) on the surface of the shit. Make sure you covered all area.

Since you would not able to cover all area in one time, start with the bottom, let it dry first, then only proceed to the surface.

Leave it till the glue completely dry off.

It will leave you shit a glossy surface, and tada.....

Your decorative shit is complete. Where will you put it?
